The hotel is ideally located in the commercial centre of the city, next to the exhibition site and adjoining the central railway station. It is well placed for easy access to all main roads and motorways in and out of the city and is just 15 minutes from the airport.

This hotel is housed in a very modern building with balconies surrounding each floor on the outside. There is also a very pleasant square as you step out of the building which has modern street furniture, allowing guests the opportunity to relax and watch the world go by. The rooms are medium in size and are are very tastefully decorated, although fairly plain in design. All rooms have a balcony. The entrance to the hotel reception area is very bright and spacious. It is all marbled with a large and comfortable seating area furnished with black leather sofas. The restaurant, located on the third floor, provides a daily menu and an la carte menu, with lovely seasonal dishes. The restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated and guests are made to feel comfortable and right at home. An outdoor roof top swimming-pool is open for guests when the weather is fine.
