The hotel is a low rise building spreading over almost 20 hectares of landscaped gardens. The lobby occupies its own building at the front of the hotel. It is large with grey marble flooring and walls. It consists of a reception desk, coffee shop, bank, piano and a central seating area. The spacious rooms are decorated in pastel colours with light brown marble flooring. There are a number of restaurants, including Travelers, which serves Pacific Rim specialties and La Pergola, which serves Egyptian casual food. Bars include El Nino for afternoon drinks and Sunset Terrace roof observatory.
