The hotel is located in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. It is just 3.5 miles west of the Walt Disney World Resort and is also convenient to all other Orlando attractions.

Surrounded by nicely landscaped grounds, this hotel is housed in a modern, 2-story building with outside hallways. The lobby area is medium in size and is pleasantly decorated in a tropical motif with tropical plants throughout. There is also a gift shop to the left of the lobby and a restaurant, along with a lounge area and games room, situated towards the back. The guestrooms are medium in size and all are decorated in soft blue and pink fabrics that blend well with the darker blue carpeting and light wood furnishings. All rooms are also equipped with a good range of modern amenites. Other hotel facilities include a newly-renovated junior-olympic-sized swimming pool and kiddy pool. In additon, there is also a very causal family style restaurant which opens for both breakfast and dinner. This is a good property, providing great value and all that is required for that perfect family holiday.
