The hotel has two restaurants. In The Verandah an outdoor terrace and indoor dining create the relaxed setting of a Mediterranean mansion overlooking the lush gardens of the Four Seasons pool. It offers an interesting mix of Mexican, Californian, Italian and spicy Oriental food. Meanwhile Charlie Palmer Steak is comfortable, spacious and somewhat eminiscent of an elegant Spanish home, with an understated, clubby atmosphere.
