The hotel is housed in a traditional building. The lobby is elegant and large in size. The lounge areas are decorated with rugs and Murano chandeliers. All the rooms are spacious and traditional in style. They are pleasant and functional. The bathrooms are large and the corridors spacious and well lit. This former palace has long cultivated a loyal international clientele and has accommodated movie stars such as Sean Connery and Marcello Mastroianni to name only a few. It also served as the setting for a classic Federico Fellini movie.
