The 8-storey property has an historic, European-style exterior, in contrast to numerous modern high rise buildings that surround it. The lobby - completely refurbished in March 2004 - is now more spacious with high ceilings and attractive furnishings. The medium sized guest rooms are bright, comfortable and feature a Eurasian theme. A coffee house is located on ground floor of the hotel. Guests receive a voucher entitling them to a tea or coffee, fruit juice, pastry and fruit.
