The property is an elegant example of Venetian tradition. It was a palace of the 16th century but has undergone restoration during 2000. The hotel has three floors, which can be accessed by a lift and two spacious terraces, that overlook the canal. Breakfast is served on both terraces, either on the ground floor or on the roof. Relaxation for the guests can be achieved by retiring on the small garden of the hotel. The lobby is of medium size but the walk able areas are wide. The hotel houses 25 rooms which are individually furnished with antique furniture and are medium to large size with high ceilings and tiled floors.
