The hotel is 100 metres away from St. Mark's Square and close to the major historical sites. On the other side of the courtyard there is the access to the hotel Colombina which main entrance is along "calle del remedio". The Locanda is managed by hotel Colombina and check-in/out have to be made at the hotel.

The hotel is a traditional, two storey building featuring a medium size lobby. It houses 13 rooms, which can be accessed by a staircase. The rooms are furnished in old style with a private bath and modern comforts. The breakfast room and the bar can be found on the first floor. The lounge is decorated with antique furniture and some paintings on the walls.
