The hotel is housed in a traditonal venetian building in keeping with its surroundings. The hotel lobby is medium sized, a bit dark, with basic furniture. The rooms are small to medium in size, equipped with all the modern comforts and in good condition. They are furnished in traditional Venetian style. The bathrooms are small but well designed and, again, in good condition. There is a small, cosy breakfast room where a buffet breakfast is arranged. Small clean budget property in the heart of Venice, some renovation work continues in 2004. The hotel is a non smoking environment.
